Via App:

To cancel a booking in the app, first go to “My Bookings.” Then select the time you want to cancel and press “Cancel.”

Via Web:

To cancel a booking on the web, first go to “Upcoming Bookings.” There, you will see all your upcoming bookings and can then select the time you want to cancel. After that, just click “Cancel.”
