Via app:

För att avboka en tid i appen går du först in under "mina bokningar". Där väljer du sedan tiden du vill avboka och trycker sedan på "avboka". 

Via webb: 

För att avboka en tid via webben går du först in på "kommande bokningar". Där ser du alla dina kommande bokningar och kan därefter välja den tiden du vill avboka. Sedan trycker du bara på "avboka". 

OBS

Varje anläggning sätter sina egna villkor för avbokningar. Dessa villkor framgår i den bokningsbekräftelse du fick via mejl när du gjorde bokningen. För frågor om dessa hänvisar vi till anläggningen. Du hittar kontaktuppgifter till dessa på deras egna webbplats.

Via App:

To cancel a booking in the app, first go to “My Bookings.” Then select the time you want to cancel and press “Cancel.”

Via Web:

To cancel a booking on the web, first go to “Upcoming Bookings.” There, you will see all your upcoming bookings and can then select the time you want to cancel. After that, just click “Cancel.”

Each facility sets its own cancellation terms. These terms are outlined in the booking confirmation email you received when you made the booking. For questions about these terms, please contact the facility directly. You can find their contact details on their own website.
